When a quote sits meaningfully above what you last ordered from that vendor in the same category, Priorai says so — then drafts the push-back for you, using your own order history as the leverage. You read it and send it. Nothing reaches the vendor without you.

Your message tells a supplier you hold cheaper quotes and by how much. It never names their competitor or quotes that competitor's price — and Priorai never sends it for you.

The quote advisor
Two quotes are rarely the same thing. Priorai says whether they're like-for-like, what each one leaves out, and where it honestly can't tell — instead of a confident ranking built on a guess.
Pick a winner, re-route itself
Choose the winning quotation and the request's amount, vendor and approval chain update in one step. If the new price needs a bigger sign-off, it asks for it — and it can never drop an approval that's still required.
Reports your finance lead will ask for
Spend by category and period, approval velocity, and a CSV export that carries each row's own currency — so the numbers are exact, not approximately summed. Gated to admins and Finance.
Ask Priorai

Counter-sign a quotation
Accept a vendor's quote with your signature. Priorai appends a signed acceptance page to the original PDF and keeps that copy fixed, even if your signature changes later.
Stop, hand over, or recall
Put a request on hold while you look into it, delegate a step to someone else, or recall a purchase order that's already out — finance and the requester are told, so nobody carries on regardless.
What Priorai won't do: let an AI approve anything, email your vendors, move money, or look a supplier up on the internet and grade them. There is no threshold below which the model decides, and every vendor signal you see is your own order history.
